Anything happens in many ways. Before that, some customers asked what caused the smooth feeding of the die cutter. Today, Yongcheng Machinery will introduce it to you.

There are many reasons for the paper feeding problem of die-cutting machine, such as paper deformation, smoothness of printed surface or other mechanical faults.
(1) Impairment of paper due to paper deformation
Because die-cutting is the most end of the printing process, the paper is prone to deformation after several processes, especially after high temperature and high pressure polishing. The paper deformation after film coating is more serious, at this time Feida often can not give paper conveniently.
(2) Impairment of paper caused by too smooth surface of printed matter
Because the surface of the coated product is too smooth, it will also cause some difficulties in paper feeding. For the above two cases, experienced operators will do the preparatory work before the paper is put on, such as: when loading paper, adding some wood wedges or paper rolls to keep the paper flat, pre-edge, paper punching or reducing the speed of die-cutting machine, which can generally avoid this problem.
(3) Difficulties in feeding paper caused by mechanical faults
The mechanical reasons such as insufficient suction force of Feida suction nozzle, inappropriate location from the plane of paper stack, inaccurate location of rules and regulations will cause the problems of oblique sheet, double sheet and empty sheet in the process of paper feeding. As long as the maintenance of the die-cutting machine and the adjustment of the mechanical parts are well done, the paper-feeding difficulties caused by mechanical failure will be avoided.
